High Precision 5 Axis CNC Vertical Machining Center VMC 1160 High Rigidity
The 5 Axis CNC Vertical Machining Center VMC-1160 is one of the versions of VMC-1160. Like other VMC series products, the VMC-1160 has the characteristics of high speed, high precision and high rigidity. The entire fuselage and base are made of high-strength materials that provide great stability. This machine is equiped with a high speed, high precision and high rigidity 10000 RPM spindle, and the spindle has also passed the dynamic balance correction test before leaving the factory to ensure the accuracy. The machine is equipped with integrated bearing block. It can effectively improve the overall rigidity of the axial system and effectively avoid the rotation deformation of the screw. The bed, worktable, sliding seat, column, headstock and other large parts are all made of high-strengthast iron materials. The high speed spindle nose is also equiped in this machine, it can absorb vibration to effectively avoid the precision problem caused by vibration, such as the surface precision of workpiece is affected by tool vibration.This machine also comes with a high specification as standard and options to personalise the machine for your specific application.
