High Precision 4 Axis CNC Vertical Machining Center DM-1060
The 4 Axis version of DM-1060 is a high speed, high rigidity and high precision CNC machining center. The excellent rigidity provides a extremly stability for processing. The column of this machine is a double-wall structure design, which greatly improves the rigidity for the machine. In order to prevent the Z-axis from colliding with the column when moving fast, we designed a guide rail between the Z-axis counterweight and the column in this machine to prevent such situations. Our machine is made of FC-30 material to ensure the service life and accuracy. The range of revolutions of the spindle is 8000RPM. The high speed revolutions provides good efficiency for processing. The high rigidity bellows direct coupling is also equiped in this machine, each ball screw and servo motor uses direct connection type.
